I rarely do reviews, but I felt I needed to do one for this floral company. I have used them twice in New York City. Then I needed to order some flowers locally here in Los Angeles and saw that they serviced the area here too. They do same-day delivery and whatever you select They send you a picture of the final product as it’s sent off for delivery. Everything is fresh and beautifully made. Their customer service is impeccable. If you have any questions or concern, they get right back to you and no time at all. I could not be more satisfied with this flower company. Please give them a try.

Beautiful flowers. Arrived in excellent condition. Loved that because they were already tied and arranged with raffia, the flowers were ready to just pop into a vase! They fell effortlessly in place! Gorgeous!

Just wanna send a little something to brighten up my friend’s day in a difficult time and I’m glad I chose Ode à la Rose. I’ve been scammed in the past. But this company delivers what they promise and they also send you photos and updates by email. The roses were beautiful, well packed and delivered on time at her door. Highly recommend Ode à La Rose. Excellent costumer service. Thank you

Great selection and timely delivery! Ordered through them as the delivery location they were going to is very limited with who delivers and was impressed they could! Didn’t see the flowers in person but saw pictures and they were beautiful. They also send a picture before they are packaged up. A bit pricey, but for some one off occasions, last minute ideas, hard to deliver places, the price was worth it! Will use again in the future.

Beautiful, fresh flowers that arrived right on time for Mother’s Day. The packaging was perfect, and the arrangement looked exactly as pictured. I was very impressed with the quality and presentation. I will only use them for my flower orders moving forward!

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and decided, after the order went through, that I wanted to change my message. I left a voicemail and sent an email And received responses to both the same day. They were very kind and were able to change my message before the delivery was made. I highly recommend this florist and would use them again if I had the opportunity.

Best flower service I’ve ever used. I have had so many not great (some bad) experiences where the final product looks nothing like what I have Ordered online. Not here. The flowers were phenomenal — better than expectations even. And the service was amazing. Great communication and pictures throughout. Will definitely use again.
